Account data
TradeTrace stores the account profile details needed to run the app, such as your display name, email identity, journals, settings, and workspace preferences.
Trading records
Your journals, trades, notes, screenshots metadata, strategy templates, and custom instruments are used to provide the review workspace and are scoped to your signed-in account.
Screenshots
Screenshot storage is intended to remain private to your account. The app uses short-lived signed access where previews need to render.
Exports
Authenticated users can export account records as JSON from inside the app. Export the data you need before requesting destructive account changes.
Payments and AI
Paid plans are sold through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo processes your payment details; we receive your subscription status, plan, and billing country, never your full card number. When AI review features are enabled, they send only the trade context you choose to review, and only after you agree to it in the app. The public site avoids claims about features that are not live.
